was up and walked this morning, though not for as long, but still about 45 minutes i think. i didn't have a watch with me today so walked until i thought was about an hour. i went a different way and it included a big hill so that should make up for the time =)

its a bit wet this morning as it just rained a bit last night and maybe into the night. so i guess i can be off laundry duty today! just some more tidy-up sessions and i need to go into harborne as well. today at sainsbury's they aren't giving away any plastic bags so i am imagining a cloth bag or just one of their bags for life...so i thought i'd check it out!
